Nikki Nguon
Director of Residential Services
With nearly two decades of related professional experience, Nikki joined the leadership team at Village Community Services as its Director of Residential Services in February 2023. In this capacity, she is responsible for directing all operations associated with the residential programs of Village Community Services. In doing so, she ensures that all decisions and actions associated with the program comply with established agency policies and procedures and are consistent with all provisions and regulations of State, county, and local regulatory agencies.
Nikki comes to us from two career backgrounds. She spent several years working in the international transport and energy fields in logistics, compliance, and operations management, most recently as an operations manager for Maersk Special Projects Logistics. She has also worked in social services as a case manager, care coach, and program director with both the Salvation Army and Redeemed Ministries’ Residential program for victims of human trafficking. Her social work experience includes supporting clients who have significant intellectual, mental health, and behavioral challenges. Nikki has a strong balance of heart for the needs of our staff and clients and experience in assuring compliance with the laws and policies of highly regulated fields. She promises to be an effective leader for the Residential team.
In her free time, Nikki enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and spending time with her family, including her dogs: Josie, a 3-year-old Goldendoodle and Miley, a 13-year-old mixed breed. She resides in the Marysville area with her family.
