It’s not even Thanksgiving, but at Village, we are learning how to make wreaths. Staff and clients are taking lessons from two very gracious volunteers and Village is creating our first-ever wreath fundraiser.
This holiday, you will be able to purchase a handmade cedar wreath from Village. We’re giving you a way to decorate your home or office AND support our work. Be on the lookout for an email telling you how you can purchase a wreath. In the meantime, I am just glad that we have expert guidance – and gloves. These wreaths are beautiful!
And if I don’t write again before Thanksgiving, know that all of us at Village are thankful for the opportunity to make it possible for individuals with disabilities to thrive in our community. I hope that you enjoy a season that encourages us to be grateful.
